"Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and don’t have a single bad word to say. From the initial moment we stepped in to when we left we had an excellent stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and very precessional. They helped when we had little questions and needed some help with storing luggage/ an extra sheet etc. and were very efficient in doing so. The check in and out was effortless and perfect fully managed. The linen was clean and fresh and this property is a 10 min walk from a bus stop and a 20 min walk from the train station. There is ample parking on site also. Really recommend and would stay again if in Amsterdam! Thank you all for a lovely stay. "

"Positives: proximity and access from Schiphol, clean, quiet. Negatives: Schiphol Hilton advertises FREE breakfast for every registered guest on their website. This was not offered or available. Check in was quick because only minimal information was given: room number, restaurant location and elevators. All other information needed to be asked for. A large sticker on the mirror states: “Dial 9” for additional supplies. That does not work. Front counter staff did not know about this at all. The website for room service ordering is painfully incomplete. No information on many food items. And how can I order the ‘soup of the day’ if I can’t find what kind of soup is available that day… We would not book this hotel again. "

"Funny concept, with host assistance you check yourself in and even print your own room keys. Rooms are optimized to save space, in a creative way. Best thing is walking from the airport terminal within 5 minutes from the airport terminal under covered walkways "

"I was given a room that faced a construction site, which wasn't the greatest. But the room had all the usual Best Western amenities including a coffee maker and a kettle for making tea. The one thing I missed was a box of facial tissues (aka Kleenex to North Americans), The buffet breakfast was very enjoyable, using real plates and cutlery (aka silverware to the Americans). The attendants were really friendly and helpful when I had trouble getting hot water for my tea. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and uses a big bus, so there was no problem if you have lots of luggage. I would happily use this hotel again when passing through Schipol."

"The hotel is very modern i was on 16th floor which was no prob at all.i was welcomed by friendly helpful reception actually the young lady was superb .the breakfast is different but actually it works and once again the i guess managress was wonderful . My room was clean bdd comfy shower great .my only downside the television not great but everything else thankyou fantastic"
