"The check in process was really long. Some staff were very friendly and others were not. The rooms were clean and comforrable and the breakfast was amazing."

"House cleaning left dirty towels in the room for the entire stay we had to ask multiple times for new towels. Waves bar staff were incredibly rude however Marvin and the front desk said he would address these staff about the service we received."

"I had a great Executive room with view of the bridge. Got 20% off coupon from Expedia but didn't use it. Their breakfast was 27Euro, not cheap even with discount. Coffee machine in the room was great. Lobby has coffee in the morning, water all day, or can refill from gym. Checked out sauna, it was nice. Room has small bar of soap, no lotion, but shower gel/shampoo and conditioner. Located 2 stops away from Central train station via tram, with stop right outside of hotel. Took one star off as it is located at end of central downtown area. I would have rather liked to stay more in central. but was great anyway. No complains."

"It was a really beautiful hotel, with lovely interior. The room was spacious enough for 2 people and the staff were so incredibly helpful. I called late at night (around 11pm) asking for an ironing board and staff informed me to call back in the morning but had already left it outside for me by the time morning came which I think was really thoughtful! Parking is also easy."
