"The hotel is no longer Super 8. It is called the Grizzly. The new owners bought it a minth a go.
Even though the owner was great, the shift manager didn't recognize that we had a booking. He looked up on his computer and said it wasn't on there. Even with my confirmation on my phone he wouldn't recognize my booking still.
There was no prewarning that the hotel was changing to give us a chance to make other arrangements.
If the owner wasn't there to point out that was a stack of printed...
