"In town for a work trip, the hotel is cute with lodge style atmosphere, i did not get to enjoy any of the amenities as we worked long hours. The real negative complaint is the comfortability of the beds. The mattresses should be either replaced or upgraded. We had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each and all 4 beds were awful. "

"Beds extremely comfortable, helpful and kind staff and great breakfasts. Great price for receiving wonderful service / appreciate not paying for the extras when all the basics are so well taken care of!"

"Very clean room and comfortable bed and clean bleached bed sheets. The pool at night was amazing very deep nice hot tub and LED lights in the pool. The Sauna was nice and hot. The bathroom was very clean and could smell it was cleaned good. I didn’t try the breakfast because I didn’t see any food around being served. It was a nice overnight stay "

"Staff has no personality. They used to be greeting you as you walked through the door. Now its someone sitting on a stool wishing you hadn't showed up to ruin the stillness. We have always loved staying here. Great staff clean and fresh feeling the last few stays in the last 8 months has not felt that way at all. The convenience of the Bar/Restaurant is a big draw. Still is why I have continued to stay. But we are looking for a new Hotel with Bar/Restaurant updated. And will probably stay there. "

"Rooms and property spotless. They do offer a breakfast buffett. Unfortunately it is lacking. Some of the food was cold that should have been hot. The pancake machine was broken. And no option for waffles. It seemed that a lot of the kids were upset about that. We appreciated the coffee offered 24 hours. I personally was thrilled with their having French toast and it was really good. Hot tubs were so nice and the landscaping was beautiful around the hot tubs. We felt like we were outside. Very friendly staff."

"No contennial breakfast afte needing a 100$ inncidental that I couldn't pre pay for and had been blind sided by when in a tight spot. Do not recommend if in need for an emergency. Oh and the room service tried to enter without a notice. Good thing I had the door latch on."

"Really enjoyed the in-room jetted tub. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was a notch below most hotels, but just fine considering the room rate. "

"The only reason I’m giving the property a 4 is because the beds are horribly uncomfortable - super firm. To the point we had to cancel our remaining reservation and book elsewhere. Otherwise it’s a beautiful property in a great location."
