"The location is right at the beach, beautiful gardens and from the room’s balcony you have a fantastic view of the ocean and coconut trees. The staff are amazing, professional, friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and well prepared. However, this place has poor maintenance. Rooms are moldy and smell stuffy with a dirty seat, the beddings are not very clean and the mosquito nets have blood stains (from squishing the mosquitoes) bathrooms are rusty. "A wonderful boutique hotel, in the heart of Mombasa. This place is pristine: Room, restaurant, and all other amenites. All i know is that when in Mombasa, Premium Inn will be my first Choice.
