"The general condition of the hotel is poor, old, tired and a bit scruffy. The rooms just about fit the bill, but the bathrooms are very small. The general condition of the hotel is not good, the corridors are grotty and the floor is uneven. The staff are hit n miss, the cleaning ladies were friendly enough the night shift staff were completely incompetent, and don't expect room service, I had to order in a pizza!! "The flat was very clean, spacious, quiet, good location for what we needed. Only one comment the beds were a bit too soft and low for adults (twin room) Might also be worth mentioning the flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift. These aren't negative points, just advisories. It is a lovely flat. "
