Furthermore, they know exactly how to make you happy and satisfied. The beach was clean and the water in the pools is heated. The food also is amazing although it is a little pricy. "Location was everything… right on the beach! Staff was amazing, very friendly. Beds were not comfy… very old mattresses, pool water was not clean, it was very murkey… but who needs a pool when you have the ocean a few feet away! Expedia post indicates that hotel offers parking…. Not true! No parking available on site. "

"The staff is amazing!!! Only draw back would be air conditioner may or may not work and hot water issues but we went to this resort with this in mind. Over all everything was really good. "
