"We have stayed here several times over the past 3 years. This used to be an excellent stop over, with a comfortable bedroom and an excellent dining room .
This time the usual toiletries were missing; the carpet and sofa needed cleaning or replacing and the pillows were so uncomfortable that I barely slept 2 hours last night. Dinner was well below previous standards, as was breakfast
We will not be using this hotel next time we travel."
