Friendly staff but the rooms are extremely small, the breakfast room is tiny, the breakfast itself is mediocre, and there are no common areas. I wouldn’t go back, mainly because of the rooms.

A brilliant breakfast selection, great location, lovely bedrooms and friendly staff. No parking on the premises. We were allowed to park for free in the main road, after 6pm. There is a parking garage nearby too.

A very comfortable upmarket hotel right in the heart of Nancy. The staff were friendly and check-in and check-out were very easy. The location is great - everything is within very close walking distance. We enjoyed the little literary flourishes everywhere. Highly recommended.

Great location near fabulous Stanislaw Square - we stayed overnight driving northern Italy to Calais; our room faced front and with the window open there was quite a lot of noise- not the hotel’s fault but something to bear in mind

Great location in the nice town of Nancy and this historic building could have the potential to be a nice hotel. However there were some aspects that need serious improvement. Although the building is quite monomenyal, for some reason the doors to the coridors are shabby and the suspended ceilings are quite out of place. We were a family of 4 and had 2 rooms. In one room only one of the lights was working ( 3 were defect) the shower floor had clear black marks. The second room with 2 beds had only one pair of towels and although the bathroom seemed to be renovated, there was a bath but only a hand shower, not what people want in 2023. The hotel was also quite noisy. We could hear all noises from the surrprooms. The beds had boarding at the head and foot sides. With 1.85cm I did not really had a comfortable night. Breakfast was minimal ( no youghurt, no fruit). In the end we had the idea that we spent the night in a youth hostel in an o,d building on a good location. With good management and some changes in optics this could be a better hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé, propre et joli mais insonorisation des chambres médiocre en particulier lorsque les portes claquent toute la nuit. Le moindre bruit dans le couloir est amplifié. Odeurs de cuisine +++ qui remontent vers 5h du matin via les les conduites de clim dans la chambre. Clim verrouillée sur off et d’ailleurs le petit dej servi le matin sous la véranda qui se transforme en sauna, vraiment pas agréable au point d’écourter le repas. La taille des chambre est petite et pas de mini bar. Pour un 4 étoiles, on y est pas même si le tarif était correct.

Très bon hotel

Hôtel très sympa et magnifiquement bien decoré. Personnel tres agréable et petit dej’ bon et fait maison. L’hotel est a 2 pas de la place Stanislas. Seuls bémols: Acces au SPA payant pour les clients et cher. La femme de ménage n’est pas passée dans la chambre alors qu’il etait indiqué qu’elle pouvait. Et l’insonorisation n’est pas optimale (ce qui est compréhensible car le bâtiment est d’époque)
