"The aparthotel was in a great location for trains, trams, buses aswell as Nice old town and beach. The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The 2 bedroom apartment was great and well equipped for a long stay. The decor was a little in need of updating but this did not distract from it being a brilliant place to stay. "

"This place is perfect for a certain type of folks. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated its affordability. Not much A/C and comfortable with no frills, except for the great pool area. "We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "Lovely location and great pool, we had such a good time! Wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived but everything looked really nice and worked well after we gave it a once over. The staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating and all the amenities were in perfect condition! "

"The pictures are very accurate, but much better in person. Very modern, chic, and clean. My favorite part was how the hotel had beautiful spreads of fruits, nuts, and pastries every day. They also had unlimited coffees, teas, detox waters, etc, available 24/7. The cafe/office space was so clean, and always full of people working, which I enjoyed so much. It was quiet and so peaceful. "

"View from restaurant and bar is very nice, the room balcony on 4th floor pretty good too. Staff are wonderfully attentive, even as a lone traveller made to feel important and house keeping excellent. The spa is brilliant, had 2 massages over 2 night stay, one of the most relaxing ever."

"Wow, perfect hotel for our trip. Loved it. Clean and tidy and modern facilities. Really comfy bed and good air con. 5 minute walk from Terminal 1. Trams and train station available within a 5 minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was a little hit and miss in The Balm when it was busy (forgotten/wrong items) but corrected quickly. Would definitely stay here again."
