"Poor communication, no tea, coffee or water in the room. Very limited breakfast, eggs only. High price paid for little return apart from comfortable rooms. Would not go there again."

"When I told the taxi-driver my hotel name he laughed and said I will live in a ghetto with criminals surrounding and that he had never driven any guests to my hotel before. The hotel wqas not so awful, not good and no english spoken. Breakfast was not served as promised at 7 so I had to leave without and they gave me only some juice to drink."

"People are very kind and really try to give there best, but it sometime fall short. For examples, at the restaurant, the dishes are not that cleaned, or even though the people have good intentions, you do wait a lot for things to happen. The other thing was the towels; i know they were cleaned, but you can see that deep, they still have stains. It just leave you with a 'ah' feeling!"

"Cool hotel, main problem was that it is not possible to pay with card. The warning during the reservation stage was to "make payment locally", but I did not consider that this meant in cash. Fortunately had enough, just. Besides that, was a great hotel, helpful service, and good breakfast/snacks."
