"Great property right in the center of town. The only Hotel I found suitable to my expected comforts."

"The owners decided to upgrade me simply because a better room was available. This is what I call "class" and understanding how you run a business successfully. The hotel has a limited number of well maintained rooms. The wifi connection was strong and reliable, Everything clean and well maintained. Good breakfast and staff/owners available to help with advice (tours, sightseeing) at all times. Centrally located and close to all attractions in the center of the city (cathedral, Costanera, restaurants, bus station...). I highly recommend it."

"If you want a decent place to sleep, not too far from the Muñoz Plaza and main attractions so you can go on excursions during the day without breaking your budget, this place is good enough. The housekeeper lady is very nice and let us in our room early and took care of our breakfast, including packing a sack lunch for you to pick up in the morning if you tell them you’re on an early excursion. The common complaint from everyone is this small building doesn’t have good insulation and you can hear all the footsteps and shower water running. Thankfully, everyone settled down early. A bonus is the hotel restaurant to its left opens very early and closes late and serves the best king crab pasta, and hake fish for reasonable price. The first night I didn’t know how to turn down the heater because it’s really old and you have to use the knob on the heater grill, but at least I was able to leave the bathroom window partially open so we can breathe. I suggested to the front desk that they should instruct newcomers how to adjust the temperature of the room. One of the towels is not completely white clean maybe pay more attention to the towels. The beds are very basic, but we knock ourselves out with sleep medication so we didn’t have any complaints. The bathroom is small but clean so overall it’s a nice stay with free hot water and coffee all day and pretty decent fruit supply and basic breakfast of eggs, ham cheese, fruits, etc.. I support them."

"It seems be new hotel, there is old part of hotel and new part I was at new part and it was good There was minor thing with water drain at shower but it was not a big thing So it was good place to stay"

"Staff very helpful and friendly , close to everything, cute, the only thing is it don’t have laundry room. Other than that it was good. They offer complementary breakfast though. "

"Had limited parking which required coordination but worked out. Didn't realize staff needed to meet you on arrival as the reception is not staffed all the time. It was fine but made for a bit chaotic check-in when it was not planned. The room was nice but we were in the front of the hotel and it was a bit loud from other guests coming and going at night. "
