Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever needed. "We had a great time at this hotel. The rooftop area is lovely, with a great view of the cathedral and sea, and breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect for exploring and only 20mins in a cab from the airport. Plenty of eating options on the doorstep. The rooms were very clean and aesthetically pleasing and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again."

"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away.
