"Room had many large bugs and geckos, including the biggest cockroach! When we told the staff, they just offered to kill the insects, and didn’t offer for us to switch rooms or any other services. The place feels run down. The shower is in the same area as the toilet with nothing separating them, so the toilet gets wet when you shower. One big perk is free drinking water."

"Everything was broken, from toilet to faucet. Sheets were dirty. Laundry service was expensive and there were damange to our clothing. Breakfast was horrible. I wouldnt recommend it here
