"Everything was great at the beginning I was put in a room that wasnt what i booked online. That room was dark had poor lighting and it smelt like smoke and just wasnt what was pictured. The man at the front desk was very helpful with switching my room and I was very satisfied with the accommodations. I had a great time staying here and would definitely stay again everyone was very nice including the concierge driver thats provided. "

"We had a great experience at the Magnolia hotel. We read some reviews prior to booking and a few people mentioned the homeless in the area which is true but to be expected of a downtown city in my opinion. We thought the room was updated and in great condition, sure the carpet looks a little old, but not a concern by any means. You stay at a hotel like the Magnolia for the character and charm. We had a great overall experience with friendly staff. "
