"Good location in woodland, that's it. Same story of average business hotel, they got wrong data about child 1 year old and gave cot bed for our 11 year old child. I never had such issue with other hotels Then they swapped it with a sofabed and charged us arm and leg! They didn't even tell us beforehand."

"The apartment suite we booked was new and huge with two bathrooms and full kitchen. The Miele appliances were so new and no instructions. Had to look up on internet how to use cooktop and washing machine. They should provide instructions in the room. View was outstanding, over the Danube.Loved the Yellow Bisztró cafe. Was open all day. Great massages and pedicure there. It is a spa hotel."

"Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed."

"It’s a good enough hotel for a 1 night stay. I requested late checkout and we could stay until 12 free or charge. Breakfast was okay, a lovely gentleman made sure we have fresh cheese once it run out. That could be one thing to improve on, always make sure guests don’t need to ask for replacement of empty trays (it only had 2 sad looking cheese left on it) The amenities at this hotel are okay for a 4*, Gym has basic equipment for a quick workout and the wellness center has a jacuzzi and a pool...

"Our room was basic but very clean and comfortable, just a little on the old side. Good wifi access in the room and easy parking. We enjoyed free access to the hot pools, with towels and robes provided in the rooms. A very enjoyable buffet dinner was included in the half-board rate, with drinks extra at very reasonable prices. Breakfast also was very good, with great selections and well replenished. Service was efficient and friendly. Only real downside was that the curtains in the room were not...
