"The hotel was easy to find and had a lovely modern reception area and bar. our room was AMAZING! A premium room which was more like a suite with separate hallway and bathroom area. It was huge and great for us and two children. Complimentary minibar with snacks and drinks. The room was on the ground floor right by reception so was really handy. The staff were really friendly and helpful and gave our daughter a certificate for her harry potter drawing. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice and constantly being topped up by staff. Our first ever stay in a holiday inn and we will definitely be back! Our only downside was the swimming pool - the changing room floors were very dirty and the pool area could definitely do with an upgrade. apart from that - perfect!"
