My wife was especially touched by the thoughtful gestures shown to our toddler son—surprising him with a gingerbread man cookie and a small Christmas gingerbread-scented wax ornament. These little details made us feel truly welcomed as a family. A beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere and exceptional, heartfelt hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend it."

"No issues whatsoever, great location for the Christmas markets in Strasbourg, the train station is just across the road and yet it's still quiet. Rooms are a good size with plenty of storage space andbthe breakfast is enough to set you up fof the day. Yes, I would stay there again."
