"This hotel was booked for us by Hotel.com's relocation department. They send money electronically directly to the hotel to put us up as we were scammed by another hotel in Goa who pulled the same thing the Plaza was about to try. The owner manager (he claimed to be) told us even after speaking to Hotel.com that he has no booked reservation from them and wanted 5000INR per room per night upfront for us to stay there. That was 30000INR even thought Hotel.com told me the next day they wired money...
