"Lovely well maintained hotel. Located in the pleasant small town of Benaulim. About 15 minute walk to the beach. All the staff at reception including managers (Miguel and Judas) and tour organiser (Cheryl) were excellent. Cleaners and security were all so polite and well mannered. Our room was of a very high standard and comfortable. The beach is superb - with delightful beach shacks to eat in the day time as well as at night if needed. All in all we had a wonderful holiday."

"Peaceful 10 days after hectic Golden Triangle and Amritsar Golden Temple tour. 2 mins shuffle to beach and Coco's beach shack. Timber chalets have plenty privacy. Located in a well kept garden. Breakfasts could be better."

"Lovely hotel in a quiet location with limited choice of local amenities in the surrounding area. Great use of the local transfer to the the beach Joecons restaurant. Food excellent with a wide choice at breakfast and also at dinner. Pity limited sunbeds at the pool. Great service from the reception manager Vincent and team who was very accommodating. Cleaning staff who cleaned our room was also accommodating when we requested little extras. "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA!! We booked the hotel for 1 night and when we arrived the customer service representative at the front desk informed us they are not registered with Expedia and they do not have a booking for us even though I pre-paid on Expedia. Expedia informed me that it is a non-refundable booking. Where did my money go? Expedia is now looking into the issue. The hotel name has changed and the phone number has also changed...even the color of the building is different...
