Hotels with Airport Shuttle in Fujairah

"I arrived at the hotel by noon after a long journey and had to wait almost 20 minutes for check-in. There was only one staff at the reception and she had to manage check-in check-out, and phone calls. The room carpets were looks like older for a hotel like this. The toilet was not so clean that I never expected from a hotel like this in UAE. The shower curtains were old with lots of mixed colors including some fungus growth. The windows were not cleaned from the outside with lots of dust on it....

"It is a basic and reasonably priced hotel compared to nearby resort options. It is stated as 3.5 stars but I would have guessed 2.5. Check-in process was slow as they could not find the reservation. Receptionists are not rude but lacked any sense of customer service. Room is large with furnitures that feels a bit old and worn. Bed was large and had nice and fresh bedlinen. If your room is towards the street you will need earplugs. My suggestion for improvement includes looking the customer in...

"I booked this hotel for my brother and his family. They were super happy with their stay. It was a birthday gift for my niece and nephew. Break fast was good, room was super clean and pool was very clean. Staff is friendly and parking is free. "
