We had a really nice stay at Rotana Fujairah. Everything was comfortable, relaxing, and well taken care of, and the staff were very welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Xiebel from Mozaique Restaurant for being so kind, attentive, and helpful. Xiebel really made our dining experience extra special and was always so friendly. Warmest thank you to Sara, Rohit at the reception! Excellent room experience ❤️And bell desk Sumon and Rizwan! Overall, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a special experience. We’ll definitely be happy to come back!

The hotel is located in a beautiful place in between mountains and the beach, it is a small and cosy five stars, the staff are very helpful, attentive to details and looking very well after the guests. I tried a message and facial at the Zen spa which was soo relaxing, special thanks to Girlie who gave me an exceptional massage and release all the muscles tensions. Kids area, pools are nice, we tried food at the Waves restaurant by the beach which was lovely, the only comment I have is the quality and variety of food which needs improvement as it doesn’t live up to a five stars hotel, it was more like a value menue.

Stay was amazing. The only issue was with the cleanliness of the swimming pool which was dirty and slippery, also it was smelly. This might be due to the huge crowd But the Hotel should be equipped to manage it.

Great hotel for a quality family time retreat

Stayed at the hotel during the long Eid weekend in June 2025. Despite being very busy and booked to capacity the service and experience was very good due the friendly and cheerful staff of the hotel. Even though we had a booking for a standard ocean view room, upon request we were alotted a much more spacious room with the ocean view in the main building. Even though it lacked a balcony the room size made up for it giving us and our son more room to relax. The hotel has an amazing private beach and equally stunning large pool area that can accommodate a large number of people without feelung over crowded. Great for some family fun to beat the heat. Other great amenities include a kids club where you can leave your kid in the care of the super sweet staff, special mention to Dasha who took great care of our son and made sure he had a memorable time there. The breakfast spread in the morning while not huge, is very adequate and serves a good wholesome first meal of the day. Also the other restaurants and bars have a good variety of cuisines and we enjoyed the inroom service food on both nights. To sum it up we had a great stay and woukd definitely visit again in future. The foods served during the lunch and dinner buffet at this hotel falls far short of the quality you’d expect for a five-star establishment. It’s mostly of a three-star quality, which is a big disappointment considering the price you pay.

We stayed for 1 night with 3 children of different ages. The hotel was excellent and the children enjoyed the pool and the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. I highly recommend to this hotel.

We had reserved this hotel in advanced, selecting a specific room category. However, upon arrival, after driving more than two and a half hours to reach the resort, we were informed that the room we had booked and paid for was no longer available. The only alternatives proposed by the hotel were either to accept a very basic room with breakfast included as compensation, or to cancel the reservation altogether. This proposal was particularly inappropriate given that we are currently observing Ramadan, and the breakfast offered therefore had no value for us. After making a long trip specifically to stay at this hotel, being placed in such a situation is extremely disappointing and reflects a lack of professionalism in the management of confirmed reservations.

فندق نظيف يستحق خمس نجوم وأكثر

الفندق جميل خاصه للازواج،الغرفه جدا نضيفه والي لفت نظري انو الحمام توجد فيه كل الادوات من معجون اسنان وادوات حلاقه قد تكون غير موجوده بالفنادق الاخرى،غير الصابون نوعيتها ممتازه وطبيعيه،يتم كل يوم تنظيف الغرف،تم الاستجابه لطلباتنا بسرعه،الشاطئ نظيف وممتع،كل الموظفين بشوشين،غير في جهاز اي تي ام لبنك بوظبي التجاري لسحب الاموال عند الاستقبال،الفطور بوفيه جيد ومتنوع وقد ساعدنا عبد الرحمن جدا عند الفطور ‘في خدمتنا ‘،الغرف جميله وواسعه ومواجه للبحر

Excellent location along the beach. The suite was overlooking sea and balcony offered amazing view. The staff was very friendly and corteous. The food was great with loads of choices. One of my best experiences.

So relaxed we thought we died.

Best holiday yet!! Excellent and helpful staff, LOTS of activities to do, and the kids club was amazing! Only downside was uncomfortable squeeze to use the toilet; remove glass wall or redesign bathroom. Definitely rebooking.

I was offered a paid upgrade during check in because we were 2 adults 2 kids and I was promised to get two single bed and a king bed but we end up no bed in the room. After 3 times complaint , they delivered a very uncomfortable bed that springs would hurt your back but still only one bed . I asked my original room back but no room was available. Solution offered by manager that they removed additional charges for the upgrade but it still did not help at all because we just wanted to have a good rest for 2 days . All family had to sleep in the same bed eventually

Disappointing

Overall hotel is of a lower standard than 5 star. Checkin took 20 (checkout 10) minutes, room bathroom had a bad smell and the room and corridors were in a poor condition. Whilst most staff were helpful they seemed to have a can’t do attitude as opposed to can do. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing with poor quality food and only 1 live egg cooking station. If I travelled to this area again I would pay a few dollars more and stay in one of the alternative 5 star hotels on the same beach.
