This was our 2nd trip back to Sheraton Tokoriki, and we are already planning our 3rd. The accomodation, the beaches, the reef, the food, the cleanliness, the weather…..and last but by no means least, the staff. Every employee we interacted with at the resort, from the management, the waiters and waitresses, the chefs, the gardeners, the activities team, were SO friendly to us. The housekeeping was not as good as previous stays, with our room not being cleaned until very late in the day on many days, and on another day, towels were not replaced when taken, etc. However, it did not impact our overall stay.
