"We had no hot water in our rooms for over 24hrs and no one came to notify us and we had to wait 4 hrs for them to find a room we could shower in. The food was also very expensive for an average experience "

"Good- convenient location to airport & marina, room was nice, beds comfortable except we only had two pillows, porters were helpful with bags and booking taxis. Bad- long wait to check-in. We called twice to have more pillows brought to the room but they were never delivered. Lots of hidden charges with the room. At check-in we were given pool towel cards even though the pool was closed during our stay. We handed them back straight away for this reason. We would have been charged $60 for unreturned pool cards. There were signs all through the room saying you would be charged if The restaurants & shopping onsite were average. "

"The staff there were very kind people. I couldn’t recommend highly enough of the amazing staff! The food is also delicious! We were so glad we got all inclusive- the chefs made incredible food. The rooms definitely need upgrading, the blinds are all broken in the rooms and the pool has missing tiles. Other than hat we loved our stay "
