However, we arrived at 10am on a Sunday, reception closes at 5pm, so were given our keys by restaurant staff, which was ok but when we found our rooms they were unbearably hot and stuffy, and in one the bathroom fan was stuck on making a high pitch squeal. With no reception staff or night porter, we had to find a fuse box and cut the bathroom electricity in order to get to sleep. "Wunderschönes Hotel, direkt am Strand mit Spa und eigenen Restaurants, in dem man gut entspannen und runterkommen kann. Uns hat nur der Zustand des Zimmers gestört, zum einen gab es eine unglaublich laute Belüftungsanlage, die die ganze Nacht durch lief, dann ging das Licht nicht und das Waschbecken war verstopft und die versprochenen Schuhe haben auch gefehlt. Die Reaktion bei Meldung an der Rezeption war auch eher desinteressiert. Sonst top, aber dafür gibt es einen Abzug. "

"Its ridiculous that you pay over 1000 SEK for a night and there is no cleaning inscluded. You have to do it yourself and if you don’t do it properly they will charge you for another 1000 SEK. And there is no WiFi. You get very little for the money. And for that much money they charge they should provide a much better bed. The beds are so soft you get back pains for days. I would never come back again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This is just a money machine with bad service. "

Alles was er aanwezig wat je normaal nodig hebt. Alles was prima schoon. Alleen 2x twee stapelbedden en slaapbank. Strand op paar minuten lopen."
