Overall this property was just ok. I booked through Expedia and when we arrived we had a very very difficult time trying to get a room. The host does NOT speak English, even though the listing showed that she did. The listing also listed a tub, which it did not have. We were told that we could not get breakfast since we didn’t book in advance enough (but ended up being offered breakfast the next morning). There was not air conditioning even though it specified it had one and no window coverings. The bed faced a window that could look into other windows from a home next door. Very awkward. The stay was ok and we did appreciate the uniqueness of it but the experience trying to get into a room overshadowed the experience. I felt as though the listing was false advertisement.

Ett jĂ€ttefint och mysigt hotell med sköna sĂ€ngar. trevlig personal. Skulle dock inte rekommendera bĂ€ddsoffan för tonĂ„ringar/vuxna. Är man ljudkĂ€nslig sĂ„ kan det va bra att ta med öronproppar dĂ„ hotellet ligger precis vid jĂ€rnvĂ€gsstationen. Enda vi störde oss pĂ„ var att brandlarmet som satt mitt i rummet blinkade av och till hela natten.

En stor besvikelse!

Beskrivningen av rummet stÀmmer inte med verkligheten varken i ord eller bild. Bodde 3 vuxna i en sÄ kallad Juniorsvit som enligt beskrivningen skulle vara lÀmplig för upp till fyra vuxna. Utrymmena var enormt trÄnga och nÀr bÀddsoffan var utbÀddad fanns ingen möjlighet att komma Ät skrivbord, soffbord eller kylskÄp (som stod direkt pÄ golvet). Fick hÀmta extra glas, mugg och tepÄse i receptionen dÄ detta bara fanns för tvÄ pÄ rummet. Badrockar och tofflor som utlovades pÄ hemsidan saknades och enligt killen i receptionen hade det inte funnits sedan efter renoveringen. Med facit i hand hade inga morgonrockar fÄtt plats i "sviten" dÄ antalet krokar var snÄlt tilltagna för tre personer. De utlovade garderoberna utgjordes av ett par grunda öppna hyllor med begrÀnsat utrymme dÄ extrakuddar ocksÄ skulle rymmas dÀr. För att fÄ plats med nÄgra klÀder dÀr fick vi lÀgga en extrakudde pÄ golvet och överkastet likasÄ, kom inte Ät nÄgot annat förvaringsstÀlle. Hyllor saknades i badrummet sÄ necessÀrerna fick ocksÄ stÄ pÄ golvet, liksom vattenkokaren nÀr den var igÄng dÄ sladden inte rÀckte till nÄgot ledigt uttag frÄn skrivbordet. En del av golvytan försvann till ett extra badrum som endast innehöll ett badkar, varken handfat eller toastol fanns dÀr. Har bott mÄnga gÄnger pÄ detta hotell och alltid varit nöjd men det senaste Äret har det tyvÀrr enligt mig blivit mycket sÀmre. Frukosten var god och stÀdpersonalen trevlig men det vÀgde tyvÀrr inte upp helhetsintrycket.

Hotellet levede slet ikke op til 4 stjerner. Morgenmadsbuffeten var ok, men der var kun filterkaffe og den skÄrne frugt var kedelig. RÞrÊg smagte som pulver. Vores junior suite havde et meget lille badevÊrelse og sovesofaen til vores teenagebÞrn var ikke egnet til at sove i. Smal sofa med tynd madras og meget knirkende metalstel. Ikke ok til den pris og det forventede niveau pÄ hotellet. Vi endte med at lÊgge madrassen ned pÄ gulvet og klappe sofaen sammen.
