"Roaches (bugs). No Shower towels. (Had to ask for towels in the room for 2 hours.) This is a 2 star Motel faking as a 3 star Hotel. Very loud with the location. Thin walls and road round about do not mix. Use earplugs just to sleep."

"The room is dirty and the water of bath contained a lot of sands and dust. Temperature of water was not be able to be controled (I had to wash my face and tooth with very hot water I can't touch). When I check out, a receptionist and manager requested paying accomodation fee to me. I explained I have paid through Hotels.com with the payment receipt, and a receptionist confirmed when I checked in, they just repeatedly insisted they didn't receive any resevation and payment. "The hotel has a lovely onsite spa and beauty centre. ATM'a are outside if you need cash. The breakfast buffet was very nice with Ethiopian and Western food choices and you can also order eggs which the chef will make to taste. Communication is basic and some of the réception staff have difficulty speaking English. The standard room is a bit small but the deluxe was very nice.
