"Cosy small french hotel, but it is stuck in the 90's and needs a makeover. The wallpaper on our room had started to loosen from the walls, and the bathroom light didn't work. The staff tried to fix it, but wasn't able to. (We were allowed to use the bathroom in another vacant room instead, so they did their best to solve the issue). Hopefully the next family staying in their 4 bed room will be able to turn on the lights.

"Très déçu par cet hôtel. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer et l’entretien des chambres n’est pas assuré correctement. Le ménage ne passe pas régulièrement et les serviettes ne sont pas remplacées. Il n’y a même pas de distributeur pour acheter une bouteille d’eau, ce qui est peu pratique pour les clients. On ressent clairement un manque de personnel, ce qui impacte la qualité du service. Une amélioration significative est nécessaire pour offrir une expérience à la hauteur des attentes."
