Il est dommage que l’hôtel soit surchauffé et que nous c’est obligé d’utiliser la climatisation début octobre. De plus, le faite d’avoir une couette très épaisse en début de saison, c’est qu’il est intenable de dormir sans climatisation. Ayant demandé une polaire ou une couette plus légère, cela m’a été refusé. Donc, totalement impossible d’y dormir, sans la climatisation, un comportement plus, adapté, au réchauffement climatique serai bienvenu

Super accueil !! Un studio tres propre Tout le confort Literie super ainsi que les oreillers Lieu au top pour visiter Vichy Ville magnifique calme et reposante ! Nous reviendrons !

De kamer was comfortabel. Het personeel was onbeleefd en weinig klantvriendelijk. We hadden spullen in het kluisje van de espace detente laten liggen omdat we ons moesten haasten voor een concert. Toen ik de volgende ochtend (zondag) naar beneden kwam hadden ze alles vergrendeld met een kettingslot aan de buitenkant van de deur tussen hotel en sauna en er was niemand die de sleutel had, wat ik op zich al verbazingwekkend vond. De enige oplossing die ze mij wilden bieden was dat ik ze de code zou geven zodat ze maandag de spullen eruit zouden halen en deze op mijn eigen kosten op zouden sturen. Wat ik zeer onterecht vind is dat er geadverteerd werd met een kamer met “acces au sauna et piscine” etc en dat dit zondag allemaal dicht is en dat er door het personeel van het hotel een uiterst pedante houding aangenomen wordt om de gebrekkige informatievoorziening te verdoezelen. Ik ben drie keer teruggegaan om te vragen of ze inmiddels de medewerker die de sleutel mee naar huis had genomen (?!) hadden kunnen bereiken maar nee, er werd geen duimbreed toegegeven. Zonder overdrijven kan ik zeggen dat het onze zondag volledig verpest heeft terwijl het eigenlijk een ontspannend weekend moest worden.

Excellente localisation. Parc Napoleon III et parc des sources tout proches. Chambre rénovée et climatisée. Salle de bain très agréable. Kitchenette bien équipée. Personnel accueillant et compétent.

Mooie gerenoveerde kamer met keuken, ligging ideaal midden in het centrum. Behulpzaam personeel. Goede bedden. Geen geluidsoverlast van buiten of overige gasten. Parkeren voor de deur, niet goedkoop maar dat wisten we van te voren. Hotelprijs goede prijs/kwaliteit. Enige minpuntje, een ouderwets koffieapparaat waar je filters etc voor nodig hebt. Een nespresso apparaat was een veel modernere oplossing geweest.

Séjour très agréable. La pose d'amortisseur pour la fermeture des portes permettrait d'éviter les claquements bruyants qui vous réveillent tôt le matin.

Excellente adresse, hôtel très bien situé à proximité du centre ville. La rénovation récente de l’hôtel fait qu’il n’y a pas grand-chose à critiquer. Personnel agréable et compétent pour vous accompagner durant votre séjour. On recommande assurément.
