"Great stay overall. Cleanliness, restaurant, staffs are great but one thing this hotel lacks is the WiFi connectivity. WiFi sometimes connects well and sometimes disconnects. For people who want to work with laptop, it could get frustrating at a time. "

The salad was not fresh And was very small. The hamburger from the previous night was extra terrible. I do not think it was real meat and looked like a child made it. "ビジネスホテル。デザイナーズ風の建物・作りとスタッフの制服、スタッフの対応・接遇もシンプル・簡素で、笑顔もほとんどありません。 なおかつ、アメニティーも、タオルはバスタブも無いのに、バスタオルだけ、ハンドもフェイスも無いので、洗面は、大変です(笑) 連泊するとお願いしても歯ブラシの交換はありません(たまたま、忘れたのかと…) PS,アルコール類は、たいへん高いです"

"The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊"
