"Cleaner was nice doing a good job , bar and restaurant closed , outside areas were a mess grass hadn't been cut this year the decking on the lawn was ready to fall down the room was ok ,dated bathroom, bath panel was ready to fall off and to top it all off there was no heating or hot water."

"We decided on this hotel as we were in the area for a karting event for my son and had to be up early for it. On check in the lady said there was entertainment on until midnight and our room was right above it. I said seone should have let us know this on booking as I would have have cancelled being up so early. She said I am sorry. On entering the room, I had booked a twin room as it said 2 doubles. They were extra large singles and really uncomfortable..the shower room was ok. But the bath was big enough for a 4 year old and the cold water tap didn't work so had to use the shower to fill it. The room was so warm too. I have to say this totally ruined our stay as we only got 5 hours sleep. Never again "
