"Clean room great shower "

"The hotel Was a little tricky to get to but overall good location. Staff and amenities were good. I appreciated the breakfast , I would consider it above average. The only downside was the room was small."

"Pool was closed and it never advertised this on the site. So my granddaughterw and daughter went to swim super excited. Yeah nope with no insight. I would've gotten a different room would've been closer and had an open pool. "

My stay was not pleasant however; there were pubic hairs left on toilet seat and a huge hole in bathroom door made by what I can only assume was a fist, left me with a “bad taste”. The property is worn down and while. Pictures online are very deceiving, It shows an updated unit and what I received can only be described as a dump. I would re-evaluate your marketing and provide adequate photos as to not deceive the next persons looking for an affordable stay in Decatur . I understood that I was sacrificing comfort for affordability but this place really took Roach motel to a new level. 1/10 - would highly not recommend. "

"terrible customer service. couldn't leave my bag ahead of time even tho rooms were still booked. was told that I had to leave my bag in the lobby and take my chances of it getting taken and they couldn't hold it behind the front desk. Could not pay for an early check in. Breakfast was terrible and they had a terrible selection with no cooked food."
