"Overall, I had a really excellent week's stay. A great room and balcony, well appointed furnishings and bathroom -- just as described. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The two hotel restaurants I visited, ZOH and Mar y Tierra, were very good and far better than other places where I ate. The hotel is downtown, sometimes a little noisy at night, as you would expect, but very bearable. In short, I was totally pleased with everything."

However, they should be some upgrade to the elevator and better explanation as to what amenities require reservations. Overall, great choice for a relaxing and all inclusive trip. "
