"Short stay did not get to use a lot of the facility"

"Such a lovely property l. Great staff, super clean. Breakfast was varied, fresh and tasty with a wide selection. Prime location but still very quiet."

"Had a wonderful stay at Ambassador Residence Hotel in Chania! The location is fantastic — walking distance to the Old Venetian Harbor and all the charm of the Old Town, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Staff were warm and welcoming, happy to share local tips for exploring the area. A great base for discovering Chania — highly recommend for anyone wanting an authentic stay close to the historic center!"

"We had a fantastic stay in Casa Vitae, Villa Amaryllis. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and actually more modern than we expected. The pool area was great and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly come back."

"Nice place close to waterfront and tons of shops and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious for Europe standards."

"Central located between beach and the old city. The staff works incredibly hard to meet all of your needs. Wonderful stay."

"Amazing hotel with beautiful interior and exterior and a very friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend it"

"The hotel is in a great location, however we were given a room by the lobby. The room was like sleeping in the lobby with a divider. We were woken up by noises of someone preparing breakfast at 06:30. Management's responses were frankly annoying and did not deal with our complaint. "
