"Great hotel"

"Had a satisfactory stay. Check in process was simple and was provided parking. Our attending host Opalyn was very helpful and attended to all our needs through our whole stay. Location is decent, it is right in front of mines view park and Good Sheppard."

"Staff were helpful and very attentive to the needs of the guests."

"Nice quiet place for the night with free breakfast as a plus."

"The toilet clogged our entire stay and they never offer us to transfer to new room. Very disappointed."

"Clean room, staff are friendly."

"Close to all shops and tourist spots, lots of dining options around the area"

"Staff are all excellent "

"The host are accommodating, we arrived at the CV transient around 1am, they let us check in still (we late due to our schedule availability and travel schedule). The place is simple, what you see is what you get. There is a fan in the room, you won't need AC since the temperature in Baguio is cold. Cons: The water heater is not working all the way through it will be hot for like a minute and then it's gonna be cold again, hopefully this will be fixed either way the place is good."

"I had a fantastic stay here. Very friendly and accommodating hosts, definitely recommend this for anyone passing through Banaue!"
