"The staff upgraded us half way through our stay as we were up 2 flights of steps and my husband was really struggling. They were absolutely fantastic , always helpful and friendly . The restaraunt was well staffed , clean with lovely food. Nothing was too much trouble , ideal for visiting Canterbury "

"Very friendly, available and helpful. Accommodated my husband's knee issues by putting us on a floor which didn't require too many stairs. A very special location, right next to the entrance to the cathedral in a central square. The continental breakfast was outstanding with beautiful fresh fruit, yogurts etc. We enjoyed the little bar at the end of the day, where we could overlook the square in comfortable seats. I would definitely stay here again. "

"My check in was Wednesday at 3pm but I arrived at 12pm on the day of my sons graduation on the 17th of September and the young man on reception was so accommodating in going out of his way in providing me an area to get dressed and freshen up after my 5 hour drive. Please could you personally commend him as he is an asset to your organisation. I will ask him if you did when I come to stay again! 😊"
