"I booked thru 3rd party, weekday stay, not a sold out day. traveling with small children I was "refused" requested 1st floor room, which there were plenty, to help with accessibility needs. Desk agent offered help carrying bags up "stairs" but said his manager would not allow him to change to a first floor room due to 3rd party booking. I called directly to get a price match and they refused... This was one of the most expensive places to stay in town. I booked my return trip stay a week later at Best Western down the street thru same 3rd party booking and somehow Best Western "WAS" able to accommodate my 1st floor accessibility needs. Greedy management has kept me from booking here ever again."

"I booked thru 3rd party and BW allowed me a 1st floor requested unit due to my accessibility needs. Another comfortable place down the road that charged more would not. I will book BW again in the future!"
