"Lovely hotel. Nice touches in the rooms with free coke and sprite and water in fridge every day. Slippers and soft dressing gowns. Lovely body wash ( different ones for morning and evening) and shampoo. Shower power was perfect. Comfy bed Breakfast was good lots of choice and styles of food. The outdoor area was gorgeous with superb views of the bund The area was fantastic. 10 minutes walk to Yuyan gardens and the historical area. 5 minutes from the metro. 15 minutes walk to the bund one way or peoples park the other way. Best location to stay in my opinion. Lovely friendly bar next door called chalet plus one side and a handy supermarket other side. Thankyou very much we really enjoyed our stay and recommend your lovely hotel "

Everyone from Kent, Tim, Scarlett, Lucas, Twinkle, Ivan, etc etc, basically the whole staff in every part of this terrific Four Seasons, made for an amazing stay! With the spectacular views from up high, the soothing massages in the Spa, and the very accommodating staff in Catch, Caffe Mondo, the Atrium, etc, we felt more than catered to. The location is super cool and there's a fun area right across with shops, restaurants, a couple of craft beer places, and a cocktail bar, all in front of the mall. Every hotel around here has the location but the staff is the differentiator. "

"This location is accessible from Jianguomen station and Beijing Railway station. The neighbourhood is quiet at JGM, but it is exactly opposite at BRS (busy with people) because of the foot traffic from Railway station. The property is kind of secluded. The hotel condition is good, bedroom very comfy and considerably spacious. I was given a free upgrade to premium room. Room without breakfast, but you can get one at 80RMB. The bed is very comfy, pillow is flat but it's just nice with two pillows stacked. Love this place, will like to revisit if I ever come Beijing again. "

"Awesome property in the middle of the best area of the financial district in Pudong. Many places to eat and lots of good views across the river. You can walk 5 minutes to the ferry to cross to Puxi and walk the Bund All in all a great deal these days at the low rates they are charging. "
