This was taken at the Yellow Mountains (Huang Shan) in Anhui, China—truly one of the most stunning places I have ever been. This shot doesn’t even come close to capturing the vastness and intricacy of these rock formations! Famed for its peculiar rocks, pine trees, sea of clouds and hot springs, Huang Shan was truly like an ancient painting come to life. #Adventure
My pen is alight and my body aflame. Until both burn down to ash, my love and my hate will remain here in the world. Ba Jin I awoke early in the morning to try and catch the sunrise, but it was hidden behind a massive curtain of clouds. Nonetheless, the beauty and the stillness of that morning was perfect. Not perfect to take a photograph, at least for someone of my ability, but perfect enough to fill my soul for another day. There are many special places on this planet, and this is one of them. #hiking #China
