"Check-in took an hour!!!! Also laundry service was poor - each person at reception promised something different - and we ended up having to take unwashed clothes to Easter Island… Restaurant and rooms were fine."

"Buen servicio, limpio, lo unico que me decepciono fue que agarré este hotel porque ponen foto con vistas desde el cuarto y no se ve nada de vistas, me arrepentí de no haber agarrado otro hotel que ofrecía desayuno gratis y lavandería. Este no tiene lavandería. El desayuno es caro 15,000 clp por persona y no está tan bueno. "

"We were supposed to get breakfast in a pack as we were leaving earlier and we didn’t. We paid in the room for the room service and then they tried to charge it again when check out, luckily we had a receipt. "

"I stayed in a clean and big suite room. The decor seems a bit cold in my opinion and the furniture shows some signs of aging. The bed is very comfortable. However I missed a couch or large seat where to sit more comfortably. The room had enough space for one. Breakfast was okay. It didn't impress me. The front desk staff is great! Always willing to help and friendly. I loved them. "

"Really caring and nice staff, the rooms were up to date and very clean and comforting. They went out of their way to help kids feel comfortable by setting up teepees and tents. Amazing food including breakfast buffet. The pool is very cold and not heated, the terrace faces the street noise and can be unsafe for younger kids. I went to the spa which was fantastic for a facial. Lovely stay I think it is well worth the price. Thank you!"

"Never had a better view in a hotel in my life - Absolutely gorgeous. The amenities such as indoor pool and spa plus daily free offerings for guests (documentary, asado, etc) were such lovely additions to the experience. Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Best breakfast. Hotel has multiple restaurants as well, which was helpful in such a remote location - a fantastic location at that. "
