"Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and that they responded quickly with energies we had. My son had medical emergency and the staff quickly came to rush him ro the in-house clinic to patch him up. Our son also got lost for 30 min as he continued to walk ahead. Security rushed into action and was able to locate him quickly. We left a cell phone in the service van we used and front desk did everything they could to help identify the vehicle and driver. They changed our room when we had unruly neighbors who checked into 4 rooms surrounding us. They were loud until 1am yelling, laughing out loud, slamming doors, loud knocking on each other's doors, and kids screaming at each other as they got in the pool late at night. The only negative side about this place is the accessibility to a tuk tuk to explore outside the resort. Food was good ay the restaurants bur breakfast was mediocre. The great staff definitely outweighed any negativity."
