"Excellent "

"I would not have stayed just for the experience if I knew what I was getting. A room with no extras, no AC, no coffee maker, the one ice machine is in the basement many floors from the room. The rooms can hear every door closing, every person walking around the room and can even hear a person in the room next to us on the phone. Just an old hotel. Not worth the cost, though a very unique place and a gorgeous view. Everyone has to make that call themselves, but for me and my family…we would not stay here again. Get down on the lake with all the hotels with normal stuff."

"Great classic property in a very special place. Quiet period of time, as Banff and Jasper were crowded. On sight restaurant was a good value and quality."
