This hotel is a hundred years old. The lore is rich! The food and service are excellent and the sweeping views are second only to Lake Louise. Would absolutely stay again when in Waterton.

Beautiful property well maintained. Restaurant was also very good gluten free options available. The room though had a lot of flies not vey appealing not sure if we would stay here again because of this. Not a good sleep when there are so many around.

Hotel is old and is not really updated much. You can pretty much hear somebody whispering in the next room to you. Nice location, of course.

We loved staying at The Prince of Wales Hotel. Our room was just perfect for us with great views. We were on the 5th floor but didn’t mind the steps to get there. We had a Royal Tea and ate in the dining room which was so good.

The view were great. The Historical history very interesting which you had to keep in mind with room size, elevator , no tv, etc. Beds were very comfortable. I think the food and drinks were over priced. 2 drinks, 1 cheese burger and 2 soup was just over $100 + tip. Overall worth visiting. Would be nice to have the History book on site in each room for guests to look at.

Staff was stuck up. Always felt like they were watching every move we made. Staff just wanted you to stay in your room. They didn’t want you doing anything. Menus for food were displayed in a dark unlit case because obviously the prices were way to high. Other than the stuck up staff and high prices the hotel was clean and very beautiful. A bit dated but what do you expect for 100 years old
