"Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. The room was cleaned daily and there was eco friendly hair products and toiletries. Room has a mini fridge, coffee maker and fresh water daily. Continental breakfast was amazing - at a restaurant on premises. Great selection! The springs were great- wasn’t a lot of people and we were able to enjoy it solo. The resort was beautiful and tranquil. You can hear the animals throughout the day esp the monkeys in the morning. We didnt get to see the monkey but we did see a sloth up in the tree- thanks to Ruben (who btw gave a great coffee/ chocolate tour). Big thank you to all the staff members- from the gentleman who greets you when entering, front desk staff, house keeping, and restaurant waiters/waitresses. All very pleasant and super helpful when we had any questions or concerns. Pura Vida. :) "

"Clean and spacious.need to secure locks and blinds for the glass doors to use at night time .island chairs a little rough it could splinter .overall it was an enjoyable and excellent facility ."

"This properly was absolutely beautiful, so green and lush and the veiws in every direction was amazing. The birds we seen, the walks we took were juat amazin. Highly recommend the jacuzzi outside the views all around juat no words. "

"Very nice and clean hotel right next to the airport. They have free shuttle service to and from the airport which is very helpful!"

"I liked everything about the manager at the front desk. The front desk was awesome helped us with everything we needed, but when I went to sit in the lounge bar area, I seem to be the last person they wanted to serve. They were serving the people that were sitting at the bar so I was a little disappointed about that bar service area."
