A real highlight is the 360 view of the city of Yaoundé from the 11th floor—an excellent spot with great ambience to relax and take in the scenery."

Vivian the front manager is an amazing manager and goes the extra mile to help clients and is always smiling and happy to help. The staff are well trained and the security is excellent. Issues with rooms are resolved promptly. Rooms are cleaned daily and the food in the restaurant is amazing. This is the best hotel in douala for those who need a good European standard hotel with amazing comfort and customer service. Will be returning soon as they made my stay enjoyable. "
