"Owner was wonderful and I truly do believe that he's doing the best he can to restore to life this old motel. It has a lot of character and truly the potential to really be nicer than it is. I would hope with all the price gouging it's taking place in Abilene right now they would take advantage of that and use that money to better the motel"
