"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "The staff gave a wonderful welcome, and looked after us for our 2 night stay. Lovely spacious room. Comfy bed. Food was excellent, well stocked bar, not far to walk into the centre. The only slight drawback is tight parking, and fairly narrow spaces for modern cars. We would happily stay again."

"The hotel was in a good location for getting to UEA for an open day and was easy to get to from Sheffield. The staff were friendly and helpful and the main area was clean and well decorated. The room smelled a little damp when we arrived though the smell faded quite quickly. We found a good wrapper down the side of the sofa bed which wasn't great but the bedding and towels all seemed clean. The mattresses on both the bed and the sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable which was a shame and because of this I would not start at this girl again."
