"The apartment was lovely , spacious and clean and had all amenities we needed. The area was quiet and had a suitable garage We had an issue on our first night but was dealt with promptly Sofia me was very kind come to check and make sure we was ok We would stay there again many thanks "

Tout est nickel y a pleins de commerces autour, rue animé proche du stade de kouba. seul bémol les transports que je n’ai pas trouvé à proximité. Déplacement en taxi à privilégier. "Very good putting in consideration the quality comparison of what you can find in Algeria. When booking online you are paying almost twice the price real price due to big difference in official currency exchange rate and the market rate. Room service/ cleaning should be improved as they are not always to the hotel general quality. Breakfast is not bad but need more supervision to check coffee machines and dishes."

"We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience."
