"I stayed one week at the Roza hotel and found it very convenient. It is in the centre of Dar ek beida in front of the train station you can see the trains from the hotel windows its literally 1 minute walk. As Dar el beida is a small town restaurant, cafés, bakerys, clothes shops, post office, stadium all are walking distance there is no need for a car or transport. "Our room was filled with cigarette smoke coming from the vents and connecting doors. We had booked a non-smoking room and also read on the website that the building is smoke free. But, when we tried to change rooms, we were told the property was full. Our baby developed a cough and we all had sore throats and burning eyes. Horrible Cigarette Smoke Ruined Our Stay

"Our room was filled with cigarette smoke coming from the vents and connecting doors. We had booked a non-smoking room and also read on the website that the building is smoke free. But, when we tried to change rooms, we were told the property was full. Our baby developed a cough and we all had sore throats and burning eyes. Staff told us different things about the hotel policy: one said we had been placed on a smoking floor and another said the hotel is smoke free. Our problem was only fixed the last night of our stay when Miss Hadjer corrected the issue and moved us to a very nice room with no smoke. Had she been working the day we first encountered the problem, perhaps we would not have had such a horrible experience. On a positive note, all security staff were very professional and pleasant. But, overall, if something as simple as a non-smoking room request cannot be accomplished, that ruins the whole stay and even impacts the health of the whole family. We will never stay there again. "

"I recently stayed one night at Best Night 2 and I was thoroughly impressed. The friendly and attentive staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and made my brief visit feel truly special. My room was modern, impeccably clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long journey. I also appreciated the free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, which made my arrival and departure completely hassle free. The delightful breakfast the next morning set a positive tone for the day and added to the overall experience. Although I only stayed one night, I felt truly cared for and left with a lasting sense of hospitality."
