"I arrived to be told I could not stay due to plumbing issues. No explanation for why the booking was not cancelled, leaving me completely stranded with nowhere to go after a long day in Yellowstone without internet. If the owner had cancelled I might have had a spot of internet and been able to come up with somewhere to stay before it was too late. Expedia also refused to assist beyond a refund."
